China will launch the second phase of the “Joint Operation Jingyao” initiative to combat telecommunications fraud and transnational organized crime, according to an announcement by the Chinese Embassy in Myanmar.

The second phase will cover about 4 million people and should be delivered no later than Chinese New Year, promises finance minister
